乳腺癌患者保乳手术联合放射治疗的临床效果探讨

Clinical Observation of Breast Conserving Surgery Combined with Radiotherapy for Breast Cancer Patients

目的探讨乳腺癌患者保乳手术联合放射治疗的临床效果观察。方法方便选取2011年11月—2015年11月来该院进行治疗的70例乳腺癌患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组35例应用乳腺癌改良根治术,观察组35例应用保乳手术与放射联合疗法,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的美容优良率91.4%高于对照组68.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是保乳患者一旦出现患侧乳房复发仍可接受补充全乳切除术,并仍可获得较好效果。两组患者的生存率、远处转移率、局部复发率、不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者采用保乳手术与放射联合疗法可取得显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical effect of breast conserving operation combined with radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer. Methods 70 cases of patients with breast cancer from November 2011 to November2015 in this hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, 35 patients of the control group were treated with modified radical mastectomy. 35 cases of the observation group adopted the combination of breast conserving surgery and radiotherapy, and the curative effects of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The beauty excellence rate of the observation group was 91.4%, higher than that of control group of 68.6%, the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）, but the insurer breast patients once appear contralateral breast recurrence, total mastectomy is acceptable, and still can obtain good effect. There were no statistical differences in survival rates, distant metastases, local recurrence rates and adverse reaction rate in the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Breast cancer patients with breast conserving surgery and radiotherapy therapy can achieve significant effect, therefore it is worth clinical application
