无张力疝修补术治疗疝气临床效果分析

Clinical Observation of Tension-free Hernia Repair in the Treatment of Hernia

目的观察分析无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床效果。方法方便收集2012年5月—2013年5月在该院治疗疝气的患者150例,根据其手术方式的不同分为对照组和实验组,将行传统修补术的75例患者设为对照组,将行无张力疝修补术的75例患者设为实验组,对比分析两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛评分(评定疼痛程度0~5分)、并发症发生及复发的情况。结果对照组的平均手术时间为(64.3±9.40)min,平均术中出血量为(42.09±12.81)m L,平均住院时间为(9.03±0.87)d,术后疼痛评分平均值为(3.5±0.76)分,术后出现并发症的概率为77.33%;实验组的平均手术时间为(43.02±7.34)min,平均术中出血量为(26.43±10.56)m L,平均住院时间为(6.14±1.16)d,术后疼痛评分的平均值为(1.72±0.81)分,术后出现并发症的概率为21.33%。与对照组相比较,实验组患者的平均手术时间、切口恢复时间都较短,术后疼痛程度较轻,出现复发和并发症的几率较小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无张力疝修补术治疗疝气的临床效果显著良好,推荐在临床上广泛使用。

Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical effect of tension-free hernia repair in the treatment of hernia.Methods 150 patients with hernia in this hospital from May 2012 to May 2013 were collected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to different operative methods. 75 patients with traditional repair were regarded as the control group. 75 patients with tension-free hernia repair were regarded as the experimental group, the operation time; intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative pain score（assessment of pain degree from 0 to 5 points）, complications and recurrence of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The average operation time was（64.3±9.40）min, the average intraoperative blood loss was（42.09±12.81）m L, average hospitalization time was（9.03 ±0.87）days, average postoperative pain score was（3.5 ±0.76）points, the probability of postoperative complications was 77.33% in the control group; and those of the experimental group was（43.02±7.34）min,（26.43±10.56）m L,（6.14±1.16）days,（1.72±0.81）points, and21.33%. Compared with control group, the average operation time and incision recovery time of the experimental group were shorter, postoperative pain degree was lower, the chances of recurrence and complications were fewer, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tension-free hernia repair is effective in the treatment of hernia, and it is recommended to be widely used.
