阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗高血压伴发动脉粥样硬化的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Atorvastatin Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Hypertension Accompanied with Atherosclerosis

目的分析阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗高血压伴发动脉粥样硬化的临床效果。方法方便选取2014年4月—2016年4月期间在该院收治了125例高血压伴发动脉粥样硬化患者,其中单纯给予阿司匹林治疗的患者有60例归为对照组;另65例患者加用阿托伐他汀归为观察组,比较两组患者治疗前后血压、血脂水平及CIMT、斑块面积变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗后SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C水平分别为(128.0±3.7)mm Hg、(82.0±3.7)mm Hg、(3.65±1.10)mmol/L、(1.11±0.35)mmol/L、(2.45±0.45)mmol/L,较治疗前明显下降,且治疗后两组患者血压及各血脂指标水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CIMT、斑块面积较治疗前明显减小,且观察组患者治疗后的CIMT(1.16±0.35)mm、斑块面积(1.20±0.11)mm2明显小于对照组的(1.24±0.40)mm、(1.66±0.18)mm2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀联合阿司匹林治疗高血压伴发动脉粥样硬化在实现良好降压、调脂作用的同时,可有效减小颈动脉粥样硬化斑块,值得推广应用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of hypertension accompanied by atherosclerosis. Methods 125 cases of hypertension treated in this hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups. 60 patients in the control group only received aspirin therapy; 65 patients in observation group were treated with atorvastatin, and the blood pressure, blood lipid levels and the changes of CIMT and plaque area were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results SBP, DBP, TC, TG, LDL-C levels in the observation group after treatment were（128.0 ±3.7）mm Hg,（82.0 ±3.7）mm Hg,（3.65 ±1.10）mmol/L,（1.11 ±0.35）mmol/L,（2.45 ±0.45）mmol/L, significantly decreased compared with that before treatment,and the blood pressure and blood lipid levels of the two groups were significantly different after treatment（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. CIMT, plaque area decreased significantly compared with that before treatment of the two groups, CIMT and patch area in the observation group after treatment were（1.16±0.35）mm and（1.20±0.11）mm2, significantly lower than that of the control group of（1.24±0.40）mm,（1.66±0.18）mm2（P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with aspirin in the treatment of hypertension accompanied with atherosclerosis can effectively reduce the carotid atherosclerotic plaque while achieving good antihypertensive and lipid-lowering effects. It is worth popularization and application.
