胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病并发心律失常的临床效果分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究老年冠心病并发心律失常患者应用胺碘酮与美托洛尔联合治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院在2016年2月—2017年2月期间所收治的82例老年冠心病并发心律失常患者作为该次研究对象,对患者进行随机分组,观察组和对照组各41例,对照组单纯应用胺碘酮治疗,观察组实施美托洛尔与胺碘酮联合治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床疗效指标与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,观察组患者的心率(96±7)次/min、QTD指标(71±8)ms与对照组[(95±8)次/min、(68±7)ms]相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的心率(61±14)次/min与QTD指标(43±13)ms明显低于对照组[(71±15)次/min、(52±14)ms],两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为7.32%,与对照组(12.20%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病并发心律失常的疗效明显,能够有效延缓房室传导时间,减慢心率,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。 Objective This paper tries to study the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 82 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia treated in this hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with only amiodarone and the observation group adopted the amiodarone combined with metoprolol treatment. The clinical efficacy indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results Before the treatment, heart rate of the observation group was(96±7)times/min, QTD index was(71±8)ms and those of the control group were [(95±8)times/min,(68±7)ms], the difference was not statisti cally significant. After treatment, the heart rate was(61±14)times/min in the observation group and the index of QTD was(43±13)ms, significantly lower than that of the control group [(71±15) times/min,(52±14)ms], the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observed group was 7.32%, compared with that of the control group of 12.20%, the difference was not statisti cally significant( P〉0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia can effectively delay the atrioventricular conduction time, slow down the heart rate, and reduce the side effects, therefore it is worth clinical application.
