摘要
卢梭通过对自然自由、契约自由的论证 ,表明了政治合法性的根源和基础在于个人自由权利的维护 ;通过对道德自由、道德风尚、广场集会等一系列环节的强调 ,明确了社会认同是个人权利得以实现的前提。这种对政治合法性与可行性 ,亦即个人权利与社会认同两大领域的全面把握 ,使得卢梭政治哲学呈现出激进与保守、理智与情感。
Through the exposition of natural freedom, contract freedom, Rousseau believes that political legitimacy is based on the individual freedom and right. By emphasizing on moral freedom, custom and festival, Rousseau expound that social identity is the foundation on which individual freedom and right can be realized. It's through comprehensive exposition both in political legitimacy and reliability, that's individual right and social identity, Rousseau's political philosophy have the conservative and radical, rational and irrational, free and arbitrary characteristic.
