石油企业物资采购成本管理与控制探微

Management and Control of Material Purchasing Cost in Petroleum Enterprises

笔者结合多年的工作经验,首先对影响石油企业物资采购成本的主要因素进行了简单探究,其次针对目前石油企业物资采购成本管控过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析,最后提出几点改善措施,以期能够提高我国石油企业物资采购成本管理控制水平,降低企业成本,同时为相关工作人员提供一定的资料参考。

Combining with many years of work experience, this paper firstly analyzes the main factors affecting the oil enterprise procurement cost, then analyzes the problems existing in petroleum enterprise procurement cost control, and finally puts forward some improvement measures,in order to enhance the level of management and control of China＇s oil enterprise procurement cost, reduce costs, and provide some reference for the related personnel.
