摘要
人才是企业得以发展的最宝贵资源,但企业人力资源是否科学完善,直接影响企业的发展和生存。论文主要阐述了企业公司人力资源管理所存在的一些问题,以及需改进和完善人力资源管理的对策和建议,主要目的是为了改进中小企业的人力资源管理。
Talent is the most valuable resource for enterprises to develop, the scientific and perfect of enterprise human resources directly affect the development and survival of enterprises. This paper mainly elaborates some problems existing in the enterprise human resource management,as well as the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve and perfect the human resource management. The main purpose is to strengthen the targeted measures of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
