摘要
目前与CNPE签订合同的供应商有400家左右,其中质保级别在QA1可用率以上的有200家左右。对于众多的供应商,如何加强对供应商的质量管理,在原有的法规要求的质保监查等手段的前提下,需要找到新的有效的方法来完善我们的管理手段。
At present, there are about 400 suppliers signed contracts with CNPE, of which there are more than 200 supplier have the quality assurance level of QA1 availability rate. For many suppliers, how to strengthen the quality management of suppliers, we need find a new effective method to improve the quality assurance inspection based on the original regulatory requirement.
