新医改的不断推行有效推动了从重视经济效益到人人享有基本医疗卫生服务的转变,但是在推行新医改的过程中存在着很多的问题和困难,如何更好地解决这些问题是当下新医改的首要任务。要重视思想政治工作在新医改价值取向中的引领作用,尝试从队伍建设、管理机制等方面为推进新医改提供正确的方向和思想保证。论文就思想政治工作在新医改价值取向中的引领作用展开了讨论,希望能够为相关工作的落实带来一定的启示。

The implementation of new medical reform effectively promotes the transforming paying attention to the economic benefits to basic medical and health services from everyone, but there are many problems and difficulties in the implementation process of the new medical reform,how to solve these problems is the primary task of the new medical reform. We should pay attention to the leading role of ideological and political work in the value orientation of the new medical reform, and try to provide correct direction and ideological guarantee for promoting the new medical reform from the aspects of team building and management mechanism. This paper discusses the leading role of ideological and political work in the value orientation of the new medical reform, hoping to bring some enlightenment for the implementation of relevant work.
