铁路安全监督管理信息系统研究

机车在行驶过程中容易受到一些内在或者外在因素的干扰,而且其所处环境较为复杂,因此,铁路运输安全管理工作存在一定的难度[1]。为了提高铁路运行安全性,应该充分控制这些影响因素,并加强安全监督信息系统的应用和优化,将铁路安全隐患扼杀在萌芽状态。论文主要分析了铁路安全风险构成、铁路安全监督管理信息系统总体架构和功能、铁路安全监督管理信息系统中存在的问题和完善对策,以供参考。

In the process of running, the locomotive is easily disturbed by some internal or external factors, and the environment is complicated.Therefore, the railway transportation safety management has some difficulties[1]. In order to improve the safety of railway operation, these factors should be fully controlled, and the application and optimization of safety supervision information system should be strengthened, and the hidden dangers of railway safety will be nipped in the bud. This paper mainly analyzes the composition of railway safety risk, the overall framework and function of railway safety supervision and management information system, the existing problems and improvement countermeasures of railway safety supervision and management information system, for reference.
