摘要
有关调查研究表明 :民族地区师范生心理健康水平不容乐观 ;这主要是由于民族学生自身心理发展缺陷、师范学校特殊的环境、对职业及就业的认识危机及中师生的年龄特征等因素综合作用的结果 ;我们应抓住西部大开发教育大发展的历史机遇 ,健全学校管理机制及环境建设 ,构建心理健康教育模式 。
Survey and study show:As a result of factors like minority nationalities students' psychological development defect,special environment of normal school ,crisis of understanding toward profession and obtaining employment,normal school students' age characteristics,standard of normal school students'psychological health is not sanguine;We should seize the historic opportunity of development of education in West China,perfect the management of school and environment construction,promote normal school students' psychological health development in minority nationalities area.
