摘要 学生创新能力的培养在高校协同创新活动中的重要性不言而喻。作者结合从事教师工作培养不同学历层次学生的感悟,对于提高本科生和研究生创新能力的途径进行了思考。本科生培养应适当侧重于创新意识的养成,研究生培养过程中应倾向于创新能力的提高,并且二者并不矛盾,还可以互相借鉴交流。文章着重讨论了学生创新能力提高的方法,有助于高校协同创新活动的开展和发展。 The importance of student innovation ability in collaborative innovation in universities is self-evident. The authors start with their understanding of the work of training students with different degrees of education, and think about ways to improve the innovation ability of undergraduates and graduates. The cultivation of undergraduates should be appropriately focused on the cultivation of innovative consciousness, and should be inclined to improve the innovation ability in the course of postgraduate training; the two are not contradictory and can be used for reference and exchange. This paper focuses on the methods of improving students' innovation ability, which can help the implement and development of the collaborative innovation activities in universities
