高职院校女性辅导员角色冲突的调查研究

摘要 探讨中国文化背景下的高职院校女性辅导员角色冲突,了解女性辅导员角色冲突的现状和原因。发现现有教育体制与辅导员队伍建设中存在的问题,提出女性辅导员角色冲突的调适建议,缓解角色冲突带来的矛盾,提高女性的工作满意度,减少角色冲突对组织带来的负面影响,以构建和谐的高职院校人文生态环境。 Through dealing with the role conflict of female college counselors at vocational colleges against the background of Chi-nese culture and probing into the status quo and causes of female counselors' role conflict, this study finds out the problems existing in the construction of the present educational system and the counselor team, thus putting forward suggestions on how to adjust fe-male counselors' role conflict, i.e., relieving the contradiction brought about by role conflict, improving women's job satisfaction, and reducing the negative impact of role conflict on their organization, for the purpose of building a harmonious humanistic and ecological environment in vocational colleges.
