从编码记忆看大学课堂教学

摘要 课堂教学不仅是学校人才培养的主要阵地,也是学生掌握知识,实现教学目标的最基本的组织形式。现实的大学课堂具体有信息量大、效率高、速度快的特点,在课堂中如何通过编码记忆提高学生的记忆效率,减轻日益繁重的记忆负担,在有限的时间内让学生获得尽可能多的知识,是摆在大学师生面前的一个紧要问题。编码记忆从教育学与心理学相结合的独特视角来审视大学课堂教学,旨在总结一套提高课堂记忆效果的方法,供同行们参考。 Classroom teaching is not only the main place for the school personnel training, but is also the basic organization form for students to master knowledge and for the teacher to realize the teaching goal. A real university classroom has such characteristics as large amount of information, high efficiency, and high speed. It is an urgent question as to how to use the coding memory to im-prove the students' memory efficiency in class, to lighten the increasingly heavy burden of memory, and to enable the students to acquire more knowledge within a limited time. Code memory is a method that considers college classroom teaching from a unique perspective with pedagogy and psychology combined, for the purpose of summarizing a set of methods so as to improve their memory in class.
