高校教师教学补救意愿影响因素研究

教学失败的补救与否取决于教师的意愿。对重庆市200多名高校教师的调查结果表明:高校教师的教学补救意愿受教师职业道德、教学补救态度、主观规范和感知控制的影响。提高高校教师的教学补救意愿应重视师德建设,转变教学补救观念,改进教学管理,强化教学补救的培训。

Whether to remedy the teaching failures depends on the teacher＇s intention. This paper researches the factors that in-fluence the university teachers＇ intention to recover teaching failures through investigating more than 200 university teachers in Chongqing. It is found that university teachers＇ teaching recovery intention is influenced by the teacher＇s professional ethics, teachers＇ attitude to failure recovery, subjective norms andteachers＇ perceptions of control capabilities in recovering. All these factors should be highlighted to promote university teachers＇ teaching intention and finally to raise the teaching quality.
