抗阻+有氧运动锻炼对糖尿病大血管病变患者胰岛素抵抗、斑块性质及脂代谢的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究抗阻+有氧运动锻炼对糖尿病大血管病变患者胰岛素抵抗、斑块性质及脂代谢的影响。方法:选择在本院就诊的2型糖尿病合并大血管病变患者作为研究对象,随机分为运动组和对照组,分别接受抗阻+有氧运动锻炼联合降糖治疗以及常规降糖治疗。干预前及干预后16周时,检测胰岛素抵抗指标、斑块性质指标及脂代谢指标。结果:入组后16周时,两组患者血清中F-Ins、MCP-1、YKL-40、MMP9、CatK、Caspase-3、TG、LDL、Resistin、Leptin、Visfatin的含量均显著低于入组前(P<0.05),且运动组患者血清中F-Ins、MCP-1、YKL-40、MMP9、CatK、Caspase-3、TG、LDL、Resistin、Leptin、Visfatin的含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗阻+有氧运动锻炼能够改善糖尿病大血管病变患者胰岛素抵抗及脂代谢、稳定斑块性质。 Objective:To study the effect of resistance combined with aerobic exercise on insulin resistance,plaque properties and lipid metabolism in patients with diabetic macroangiopathy.Methods:Patients with type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with macroangiopathy who were treated in Zigong Third People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects,patients were randomly divided into exercise group and control group who received resistance+ aerobic exercise combined with hypoglycemic therapy and routine hypoglycemic therapy respectively.The indexes of insulin resistance,plaque property and lipid metabolism were detected before intervention and 16 wk after intervention.Results:Sixteen weeks after intervention,serum F-Ins,MCP-1,YKL-40,MMP9,CatK,Caspase-3,TG,LDL,Resistin,Leptin and Visfatin contents of both groups of patients were significantly lower than those before intervention(P0.05),and serum F-Ins,MCP-1,YKL-40,MMP9,CatK,Caspase-3,TG,LDL,Resistin,Leptin and Visfatin contents of exercise group were significantly lower than those of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Resistance combined with aerobic exercise can improve the insulin resistance,lipid metabolism and stabilize the plaque properties in patients with diabetic macroangiopathy.
