摘要
目的:研究维持性血液透析患者促红细胞生成素(EPO)抵抗与氧化应激反应、炎症反应的相关性。方法:选择接受维持性血液透析的184例终末期肾脏病患者作为透析组、同期在陕西省人民医院健康体检的102例志愿者作为对照组,评估EPO抵抗指数并计算中位数,检测血清中氧化应激反应及炎症反应指标。结果:透析组患者血清中T-AOC、SOD、CAT的含量均显著低于对照组,MDA、AOPP、IFN-γ、HMGB-1、ICAM-1、IL-4、IL-10的含量均显著高于对照组;高ERI患者血清中T-AOC、SOD、CAT的含量均显著低于低ERI患者,MDA、AOPP、IFN-γ、HMGB-1、ICAM-1、IL-4、IL-10的含量均显著高于低ERI患者。结论:维持性血液透析患者EPO抵抗程度与氧化应激反应及炎症反应的激活密切相关。
Objective:To study the correlation of erythropoietin(EPO)resistance with oxidative stress response and inflammatory response in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 184 patients with end-stage renal disease who received maintenance hemodialysis in Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital between March 2015 and October 2016 were selected as dialysis group,and 102 volunteers who received physical examination in this hospital during the same period were selected as control group.EPO resistance index was assessed and the median was calculated.Moreover,serum oxidative stress and inflammatory response indexes were detected.Results:Serum T-AOC,SOD and CAT levels in dialysis group were significantly lower than those in control group while MDA,AOPP,IFN-γ,HMGB-1,ICAM-1,IL-4and IL-10 levels were significantly higher than those in control group;serum T-AOC,SOD and CAT levels in patients with high ERI were significantly lower than those in patients with low ERI while MDA,AOPP,IFN-γ,HMGB-1,ICAM-1,IL-4and IL-10 levels were significantly higher than those in patients with low ERI.Conclusions:The degree of EPO resistance in patients with maintenance hemodialysis is closely related to the activation of oxidative stress response and inflammatory response.
