临床护理干预对小儿先天性心脏病合并肺炎治疗效果的影响

Effect of clinical nursing intervention on the treatment of pediatric congenital heart disease combined with pneumonia

目的探讨临床护理干预对小儿先天性心脏病(CHD)合并肺炎治疗效果的影响。方法选取2012年3月~2016年3月我院收治的65例小儿CHD合并肺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分成研究组(32例)和对照组(33例)。两组均行常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上行优质护理与延续护理。对比两组患儿的心率恢复时间、呼吸稳定时间、肺啰音消失时间、治疗结果及出院后复发情况。结果研究组患儿的心率恢复时间[(1.79±0.81)d]、呼吸稳定时间[(1.83±0.36)d]及肺啰音消失时间[(8.11±1.42)d]均短于对照组[(2.30±0.65)、(2.14±0.73)、(12.41±1.52)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患儿康复出院率(100.00%)高于对照组(87.879%),出院后半年内的复发率(9.375%)低于对照组(30.303%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理干预对于小儿CHD合并肺炎的实际治疗效果有积极影响,可促进患儿心率、呼吸指标恢复正常,加快疾病症状的消退,加速其康复,并且再次复发可能性小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention on the treatment of pediatric congenital heart disease combined with pneumonia.Methods The 65 pediatric CHD patients with pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were selected as the study subjects,randomly divided into the study group（32 cases） and the control group（33 cases）.Both groups were given routine care,the study group was given the regular nursing care and continuous nursing on the basis of routine care.The heart rate recovery time,respiratory stabilization time,pulmonary rales disappeared time,treatment outcome and recurrence after discharge of the pediatric patients in two groups were compared.Results The heart rate recovery time [（1.79±0.81）d],respiratory stabilization time [（1.83±0.36）d] and pulmonary rales disappeared time [（12.41±1.52）d] of pediatric patients in the study group were both shorter than those in the control group [（2.30±0.65）,（2.14±0.73）,（12.41±1.52）d],and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the rehabilitation hospital discharge rate（100.00%） of pediatric patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group（87.879%）,recurrence rate in the six months after discharge（9.375%） in the study group was lower than the control group（30.303%）,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention has a positive effect on the actual therapeutic effect of CHD children combined with pneumonia,which can promote the normal recovery of heart rate and respiratory index,promote the regression of disease symptoms,accelerate their recovery and reduce the possibility of recurrence.
