摘要
在市场块矿溢价不断变化的情况下,尤其是在宁波钢铁有限公司烧结产能严重过剩、烧结矿的性价比优于块矿的前提下,提高烧结矿入炉比例可以大大提高企业成本竞争力。而绝大多数的钢铁企业烧结矿碱度都控制在1.78以上,低碱度烧结矿生产经验和技术研究相对缺乏,因此,此项目研究为行业和企业提供了可贵经验,为低碱度烧结矿的技术发展打下了坚实的基础。
In the case of constant change in the ore market premium, especially in Ningbo Steel Co. , Ltd. , where the sintering capacity is severe excessed and the cost performance of sinter is better than lump ore, increasing the proportion of sinter can greatly enhance the cost competitiveness of enterprises. However, most iron and steel enterprises set their sinter basicity above 1.78, causing the production experience of low - basicity sinter and technical research relatively scarce. Therefore, this project has provided valuable experience for the industry and enterprises, and has made a solid foundation for the development of low - basicity sinter.
