摘要 针对目前缺乏球团矿综合评价体系的现状,本文在分析包钢带式焙烧机球团的化学成分、物理性能和冶金性能的基础上,提出一种基于主成分分析的球团矿综合评价方法。综合考虑球团矿的性能指标,采用主成分分析的方法,提取3个主成分作为球团的综合特性指标,并描述了各个新指标所代表的含义。根据新的综合特性指标建立球团矿质量综合评价模型,对包钢带式焙烧机生产的球团进行了综合评价,评价结果与包钢评价结果基本一致。本文提出的球团矿综合评价方法较为方便和科学,并对带式焙烧机球团生产过程的运行优化控制具有指导意义。 This paper proposed a comprehensive evaluation of pellet based on principal component analysis method. Based on the analysis of the basic physical and chemical properties, mechanical properties and metallurgical properties of the pellets produced by the travelling grate of Baotou Steel Rare Steel Ironworks. Considering the performance index of pellets, the paper extracted three principal components as the new comprehensive characteristic index principal using the method and tried to explain the meaning of each comprehensive characteristic index. Furthermore, this paper put forward a comprehensive evaluation method of pellet quality according to the new comprehensive characteristic index, and systematically evaluated the pellets produced by the travelling grate. The comprehensive evaluation method of pellet in this paper not only reduces the subjectivity of pellet evaluation, but also has guiding significance for the optimal control of pelletizing production process.
