摘要
选择了不同改性剂对有机粘结剂进行改性研究,对有机粘结剂和改性有机粘结剂进行了球团性能对比试验。结果表明:相比于有机粘结剂,选用0.1%硼砂作为改性剂更好,改性有机粘结剂制备的生球团各项性能都有提高,可降低粘结剂用量,节约成本。在改性有机粘结剂添加量大于0.25%时,满足球团生产、运输和冶炼要求。
The organic binder and modified organic binder were studied by different modifiers. The results show that comparing 0. 1% borax modifier with organic binder, the properties that using modified organic binder are improved in all aspects, as well as reducing the usage of binder and cost. When the additional amount of modified organic binder is more than 0. 25% , pellets can meet the requirements of production, transportation and smelting.
