摘要
为进一步提高核电厂安全水平,2016年10月26日,国家核安全局发布了HAF 102—2016《核动力厂设计安全规定》。针对此次新版中增加的对核电厂混凝土结构设计有影响的"设计扩展工况"和"商用飞机撞击"两部分内容进行分析,并对相关核电厂混凝土结构设计标准的修订提出建议。
To further improve the safety level of nuclear power plants,National Nuclear Safety Administration issued a new version of Nuclear Power Plant Design Safety Regulations( HAF 102—2016). In the paper,a preliminary exploration on the contents of"Design Extension Conditions"and"Commercial Aircraft Impact"was come out,which were added to the design of concrete structure. Some further suggestions for the revision of design criteria for concrete structures in nuclear power plants were presented.
