大数据时代已经来临,对统计改革以及统计法治建设带来了历史性的机遇与挑战。有鉴于此,在对大数据时代进行全面分析的基础上,着眼当前我国统计法治现状,通过健全统计法律法规体系、严格统计法治实施、深入开展统计普法、构建统计法治监督体系等方面进行统计法治体系构建,以期实现对统计法治化建设的完善,促进统计工作在法治轨道上深化改革、推动发展。

The coming era of big data brings historic opportunities and challenges to the reform and the legal construction of statistics based on a comprehensive analysis of the big data era and the current situation of statistical rule of law in china,this paper focuses on the system construction of statistical rule of law through the improvement of statistical laws and regulations,the strict implementation,of the rule of law in statistics,in-depth popularization of statistical law and the construction of statistical supervision system,in order to realize the improvement of legal construction in statistics,and promote the reform and the development of statistical work in the legal track.
