摘要
为了研究由金黄色葡萄球菌引起的乳房炎中紧密连接蛋白Occludin的变化,试验以脂磷壁酸(lipoteichic acid,LTA)刺激小鼠乳腺,通过H.E.染色观察小鼠乳腺的病理变化,Western-blot检测小鼠乳腺中Occludin的变化。结果表明:LTA刺激小鼠乳腺,使乳腺组织出现炎性反应。随着LTA刺激量的增加,进入乳腺腺泡内的炎性细胞数量增加,且紧密连接蛋白Occludin的表达量下降。说明乳腺炎发生早期泌乳量的减少和屏障功能减弱可能与紧密连接蛋白Occludin相关。
To study on the changes of tight junction protein Occludin in mastitis caused by Staphylococcus aureus, in this experiment lipoteichoic acid (LTA) was chosen as a stimulant to the mice mammary gland. Pathological changes of mammary gland were observed by the H. E. staining method, and the changes of tight junction protein Occludin in mice mammary gland were determined by Western - blot method. The results showed that LTA could stimulate mice mammary gland and make mammary tissue generate inflammatory response. With the increment of LTA, the number of inflammatory cells in the mammary gland increased and the expression of tight junction protein Occludin appeared a decreasing trend. These results suggested that the reduction of the early milk yield during mastitis and the weakness of barrier function could in relation to tight junction protein Occludin.
