共享视域下社区公民教育研究

Research on Urban Community Citizen Education in the Perspective of Shared Vision

社区公民教育是在学习型社会建设背景下开展的公民教育,对于提高社区居民的公民素质和公民道德具有重要的意义。目前社区公民教育主要存在着以下问题:社区与学校缺乏联系,没有共享学校优质教师资源;社区公民教育资源开发不足,没有建立共享的网络教育平台;社区公民教育重理论学习,忽视实践活动的开展。对此,本文提出了共享视域下社区公民教育策略:社区应与学校加强联系,共享学校的优质教师资源;建立社区教育的网络教育资源平台,引导社区居民共享社区网络教育资源;应重视社区服务、慈善活动和文化娱乐活动,在实践活动中促进社区公民教育发展。

Community citizenship education is a kind of civic education carried out under the background of learning society construction,which has been an important significance for improving the citizens’quality and civic morality.In this paper,there are three practical problems in urban community civic education,such as weak community teachers;the lack of teaching resources;the heavy theoretical study and the light practical activity.Based on the research of theory and practice,this paper puts forward the civic education strategy of urban community under the shared vision,that the community should strengthen the links with schools to share the teacher resources with high quality,and build an internet platform to lead the citizens to enjoy education resources.At the same time,the community should pay attention to the service,charity as well as entertainment activities,and citizens could enrich themselves in these practical activities.
