摘要
本文主要从三方面阐述了人才培养标准内涵:其产生过程应是科学规范权威的,在使用过程中需要严格执行和考核人才培养标准,要建立人才培养标准诊断改进机制。从人才培养目标标准、人才培养过程控制标准和人才培养评价标准三方面把抽象的人才培养标准的内在要素变成可操作、可实现定量或定性考核评价的具体内容,不仅可以使教育和管理者在实际工作中具体实施人才培养标准,也可以使他们准确把握各要素之间的关系。探讨现代学徒人才培养标准,旨在促进学生的全面发展,保证人才培养质量。
This article mainly elaborates the connotation of talent training standard from three aspects:the personnel training objectives and standards,personnel training process control standards and personnel training evaluation standards.Modern apprenticeship training mode of ministry of education in the modern apprenticeship pilot work plan is put forward in accordance with the"win-win cooperation,shared responsibility"principle,the common design talent training plan.This article discusses concept and meaning of the talent training standards and its internal elements to explore the standards of modern apprenticeship training,promote the overall development of students,and ensure the quality of personnel training.
