摘要
教学效果评价是对教师劳动价值的评判,有助于发现教学活动中的优点和不足,对提升教师专业化水平、推动教育教学改革和提高教学质量都有着重要作用。本文对教师教学效果评价标准进行界定后,从课程内容的差异、学生兴趣及课程含金量、老师的语言表达能力和运用案例的效果,以及评价主体的主观态度等方面分析了影响教学效果评价的因素,并从教学效果评价指标、影响评价结果的主观成分和评价指标公开透明等方面提出了进行客观公正评价的建议。
The teaching effect evaluation is vital to the schools,teachers as well as students,and the evaluation standard and the effect of the operation are directly related to the quality of teaching.This paper defines the standard of teaching effect evaluation,then analyzes the factors of influencing the teaching effect evaluation,such as the difference between course contents as well as their qualities,students' interests,teachers' verbal and practical abilities.What's more,it puts forward some suggestions from the standard of teaching effect evaluation,subjective elements influencing evaluation results and openness of standard.
