继续教育学习者自主学习能力培养

摘要 继续教育学习者自主学习能力的培养不仅能满足其自我发展需要和心理需要,也能有效推动我国继续教育发展及学习型社会建设。从目前继续教育状态来看,我国的继续教育学习者的学习能力培养仍存在一些问题,如学习目标功利化、缺乏内在学习动力、学习畏难情绪重、学习依赖性强,以及陈旧的教学方式,直接影响着学习者自主学习能力的培养。对此,需要通过提高学习者自我效能感、运用多元化的教学方式、改变单一的考核方式、积极运用网络技术和培养学习者积极的学习态度等措施来强化学习者自主学习能力的培养。 The cultivation of continuing education learners' autonomous learning ability could not only meet the need of self-development,but also push the development of continuing education and the construction of learning society.However,from the current state of continuing education,there are many kinds of problems in continuing education learners' training,such as utilitarianism of learning target,the lack of study motivation and independence as well as the outdated teaching methods,which influence the cultivation of autonomous learning ability.Thus,it is necessary to improve the learners' self-efficacy,apply diverse teaching methods,change the single evaluation method,use the internet technology,and cultivate learners' active learning attitude to strengthen the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability.
