摘要
新教师学习应以其自身原有知识、自我实践为基础,并在适切的学习系统内逐步培育个性化的实践性知识、养成科学的知识重构机制。本文对现行新教师学习样式存在问题进行了分析,并结合实践经验阐述了区域重构新教师入职学习系统的行动路径。
The novice teachers could gradually cultivate their personal practice knowledge,and develop scientific knowledge reconstruction mechanism in a proper learning system on the basis of their original knowledge and practice experience.In the paper,the problems of current novice teachers' learning were analyzed,based on the training practice of the novice math teachers,also the path of reconstructing novice teachers' learning system was described.
