The value of Continuing Education Based on the Concept of Sharing

摘要 《国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》提出了未来五年继续教育发展规划,即"大力发展继续教育,构建惠及全民的终身教育培训体系"。它为我国继续教育发展指明了方向。十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央提出了"四个全面"战略布局与"五大发展"理念,它不仅体现了党中央的治国理政新思想,也为我国继续教育的创新发展提供了新理念。其中共享理念不仅可以为创新继续教育提供新理念,而且更能激发继续教育内在活力,从而更好地实现继续教育的价值。 The 13th Five-Year Plan For Economic And Social Development Of The People's Republic Of China indicates the plan of continuing education in the future five years, which is mentioned as 'to build up a citizen-beneficial, life-long education system by strongly improving continuing education. 'It has became one essential research project of continuing education in our country. The new ideas of 'Four Comprehensives' strategy and 'Five developments' which offered by president Xi, not only reflect the new governing concepts of the Party Central Committee, but also serve as the fundamental ideology of continuing education in China. Moreover, the sharing concept points out the proper directions for the innovation of continuing education. The thesis believes that with the guide of the sharing ideas, the ideology of continuing study might be motivated and the value would be achieved.
