外来务工人员城市融入与成人教育策略——基于教育支持的视角

The Reascher of Migrant Workers into Cities and Adult Education Strategy——on the perspective of education support

随着我国城市化进程的不断加速,越来越多的农民涌入城市寻求发展,然而其在"市民化"过程中遭遇层层阻碍,其教育现状也不容乐观:教育机会不均等、培训与就业相脱离、师资队伍结构不合理等等。外来务工人员是成人教育的重要对象之一,我们可以发挥成人教育的支持作用,通过打造专业教师队伍、更新培训内容、创新培训方法、学习国外经验等方式促进其更好地融入城市。

With the accelerating of urbanization, more and more farmers into cities. But there are some challenges in the process of ＂urbanization＂ and their education situation is not optimistic. unequal education opportunities, training and employment does not match, teacher＇s structure is not reasonable etc. Migrant workers are one of the important objects of adult education. We can make use of the support function of adult education, by training professional teachers, updating training contents, innovating training methods, learning foreign experiences to promote them to integrate into city life.
