摘要
在现有高考体制下,高中教师的自我发展成为教师成长的主要方式。从教师自我发展视域来看,教学反思是教师对教学实践的重新建构过程,具有提高教学水平、增长教学智慧、提高教学质量和教师综合素质等作用。然而,限于诸多方面的因素,高中教师的教学反思往往缺乏自觉性、整体性、系统性和策略性。本文通过理论和实践的分析,从方法策略、中心策略、媒介策略、激励策略等方面探讨了高中教师把握好教学反思的策略问题,旨在促进他们自我成长。
Under the present college entrance examination system, the self development of high school teachers is the main way to promote them. From the perspective of teachers' self-development, teaching reflection is the process of teachers' re construction in teaching practice, which can raise the teaching level, promote the teaching wisdom, improve the teaching quality and their comprehensive qualities. However, due to many factors, the reality of high school teachers' teaching reflection is often lack of consciousness, integrity, system and strategy. How to realize the effective reflection in self improvement? Through the analysis of theory and practice, this paper discusses the strategies of the high school teachers to grasp the teaching reflection in way of method, the central strategy, the media strategy and the incentive strategy.
