党的十八大以来我国农民职业化研究综述

Summary of Researches on the Professionalization of Farmers in China since the 18th National Congress of the CPC

党的十八大作出了"促进工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化同步发展"的战略部署,农业现代化的发展相对于其他"三化"略显滞后,实现"四化"同步发展的关键在于农业现代化。党的十八大以来,新型职业农民培育得到普遍重视,农民职业化也因此成为农业现代化发展的核心内容。本文搜集了近年来农民职业化的相关研究文献,从农民职业化的内涵、农民职业化的影响因素以及农民职业化的路径三个方面综合分析了近年来农民职业化的有关研究成果,并指出了研究过程中需要改进之处。

The 18th National Congress of the CPC has made a strategic plan to promote the simultaneous development of industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.But the development of agricultural modernization is lagging behind the other three.The key to the simultaneous development of the four modernizations lies in the modernization of agriculture.At the same time,the cultivation of new professional farmers has been paid much attention,thus the professionalization of farmers has become the core of the agricultural modernization.This paper collects the related literatures and analyzes the achievements of these researches on the professionalization of farmers in recent years in three aspects,i.e.the connotation of professionalization of farmers,factors influencing professionalization of farmers and the path of professionalization of farmers.By this way,the paper points out shortages in the process of study.
