摘要
学习型社会概念出现于20世纪60年代,理论基石是终身教育思想。伴随着终身教育思想的广泛传播,全民学习、学习型社会的建设也日益得到重视。英国在学习型社会建设中取得了较为突出的成绩,开展了广泛的学习型社会实践。颁布一系列政府报告,推进学习型社会理念的建设,推进各类"组织"向学习型组织转变,建立学习城市化网络和个人学习账户以转变学习型社会发展方式,设立合作伙伴关系、参与、绩效三个指标作为学习型社会评价指标建设的基础。这些实践对我国学习型社会建设有重要的启发意义。
The concept of learning society came into being in1960 s.With the spread of the idea of lifelong education,nationwide learning and the construction of learning society have been paid more and more attention.The Great Britain made outstanding achievements in the construction of learning society,they carried out a series of social practices.The British government issued a series of reports to accelerate the construction of a learning society,promote the transformation of various organizations into the learning organization,establish the learning network and personal learning account to change the way of learning society.These practices are of great significance to the construction of learning society in China.
