The Logical Starting Point of Xi Jinping's Thought of Governance

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记发表了一系列重要讲话,提出了治国理政新理念新思想新战略,形成了系统完整、逻辑严密的科学理论体系,开辟了马克思主义中国化新境界。习近平治国理政思想作为一个科学理论体系,必然存在着其借以展开的起始环节即逻辑起点,这就是国家治理。国家治理是对当代中国社会发展特征的最一般概括,包含着贯穿于整个理论体系之中的基本矛盾,彰显了理论体系的基本特点,体现了逻辑与历史的统一,符合习近平治国理政思想的实际。研究习近平治国理政思想的逻辑起点,对于构建其科学理论体系具有十分关键的作用。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important speeches,and put forward the new idea,new thoughts and new strategies of governance,which form a scientific theoretical system with internal coherence and strict logic,thus opening up a new stage in the sinicization of Marxism.As a scientific theoretical system,Xi Jinping’s thought of governance has a logical starting point,i.e.,the governance of the state.State governance is the generalization of the characteristics of social development in China today,which contains the basic contradiction that runs through the whole theoretical system,manifests its fundamental features,embodies the unification of logic and history,and is in line with the actual content of Xi Jinpin’s thoughts on governance.The study of the logical starting point of such thoughts plays a key role in the construction of his scientific theoretical system.
