摘要
分别以壳聚糖、明胶、聚乳酸为壁材,以雷公藤提取物为芯材,通过离子凝聚法制备出3种不同壁材的雷公藤微胶囊,且通过SEM观察发现3种壁材均成功制备得到了雷公藤微胶囊,同时当壳聚糖含量为1.5%时,微胶囊包封率达到最大值83.2%;由3种壁材微胶囊的体外溶出性能曲线发现,3种壁材制备得到的雷公藤微胶囊均有一定的缓释性能,且壁材的性能不同溶出速度不同。
With chitosan, gelatin, polylactic acid as wall material, tripterygium extract as the core material, three different wails of tripterygium microcapsules was prepared by condensation of ion, and three wall were found by SEM successfully. At the same time, the maximum microcapsules coating rate was 83.2% when the chitosan content was 1.5%. By the vitro dissolution performance curve found that three kinds of microcapsules wall all have certain slow-release performance and the performance of the wall been different have different dissolution rate.
