眼针疗法治疗慢性复杂性疾病临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis on Clinical Efficacy of Eye Acupuncture Therapy in Treating Chronic Complicated Diseases

目的:系统评价眼针治疗慢性复杂性疾病的临床疗效及安全性,以肠易激综合征、中风后遗症、头痛患者为例。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数字化期刊全文数据库(WANFANG DATA),检索年限至2016年11月,以眼针治疗肠易激综合征、中风后遗症、头痛的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT)为研究对象,并对纳入文献进行质量评价和资料提取,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果:共纳入14篇文献,其中肠易激综合征3篇、中风后遗症5篇、头痛6篇,Meta分析结果显示眼针治疗后的临床总有效率优于对照组;在减轻症状积分方面与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼针能够减轻肠易激综合征、中风后遗症、头痛等慢性复杂性疾病患者症状,提高疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of eye acupuncture in the treatment of chronic complex diseases, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the patients with irritable bowel syndrome, stroke sequelae and headache. Methods： We searched PubMed, China biomedical literature database （CBM）, Chinese Journal Full-text Database （CNKI）, Chinese Journal Full-text Database （VIP）, Wanfang digital periodical full-text database （WANFANG DATA）, the retrieval period to November 2016, a randomized controlled trial to eye acupuncture treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, stroke sequelae, headache （randomized controlled trial, RCT） as the research object, and evaluate the quality of the included studies and extracted da- ta. The data were analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software. Results： 14 studies were included, of which 3 irritable bowel syndrome, stroke sequelae 5, headache 6, Meta-analysis results showed that the total efficiency of eye acupuncture treatment is better than the control group; with statistical significance in comparison to reduce symptoms compared with control group. Conclusion： The evaluation results show that eye acupuncture can alleviate the irritable bowel syndrome, stroke sequelae, headache and other complicated chronic diseases, and improve the clinical efficacy.
