教育中的企业社会责任研究:述评与展望——基于2000年以来国内文献的分析

教育是国计民生中的重要一环,企业参与教育是教育与社会发展无缝接轨的重要方面。对2001年至2015年教育中的企业社会责任研究成果进行梳理,分析发现,教育中的企业社会责任研究在我国经历了要素分析、问题剖析、案例解析三大阶段。最后认为教育中的企业社会责任研究要在内容、视角和方式上有所创新需要理解教育促进思想文化传播和转化生产力的功能,寻找与其他话语体系间的联系,穿插比较或调查法等实证研究方法。

Education plays an important role in the livelihood issue, and enterprise participation in education is an important aspect of the seamless integration of education and social development. This paper attempts to explain the behavior of enterprise participation in education from the perspective of corporate social responsibility, summarizes the research results of CSR in education from 2001 to 2015, and sums up the development stages and context of CSR research in education. The analysis finds that the research of CSR in education has experienced three stages： factor analysis, problem analysis and case analysis. Finally, it concludes that the innovation of content, angle and method of CSR research in education needs to understand the function of education to promote the spread of ideology and culture, and find the connection with other discourse systems, interspersed comparison or investigation.
