摘要 面对"工业4.0"给德国带来的劳动力市场、劳动组织形式、人才需求特征等方面的变化,德国职业教育呈现出一系列新的发展动向:职业教育发展的新方向——"职业教育4.0";职业教育人才培养规格的新要求——以信息化素养为核心的跨领域复合素质;职业资格系统的更新——IT能力资格的突显;职业教育专业结构发展方向——智能化与复合化;职业教育课程与教学的发展方向——数字化教育议题的落实;职业培训——面向可持续性发展的多样化培训机会。 In the face of the changes of labor market, labor organization, and talent demanct cnaractenstms which are brought by "industry 4.0", vocational education presents a series of new development trends in Germany. The new direction of vocational education is "vocational education 4.0". The new direction of vocational education talents cultivation is that with the information literacy as the core of the cross domain composite qualities. IT competency highlights in the update of vocational qualifications system. The new direction of vocational education professional structure development is intelligent and complex. The direction of vocational education curriculum and teaching is the implementation of digital education. The direction of vocational training is providing a variety of training opportunities for sustainable development.
