摘要
施工现场建筑材料绿色性能的评价是工程项目选用绿色性能优良的建筑材料的依据,是项目实施绿色施工的基础。基于2类要素和9个指标提出施工现场建筑材料绿色性能评价框架,建立相应的评价方法,并给出了评价案例。该评价方法具有统一、简单、实用等优点。同时,探讨提出了现阶段我国建筑材料绿色性能评价的4项重点工作:科学确定绿色指标、系统构建数据库、探索基于全生命期的评价体系以及注重其动态性和实用性。
The green performance evaluation of building materials is the basis for their selection with relatively better green performance in construction site. A method and the corresponding example of the green performance evaluation of building materials in construction site is put forward. The proposed evaluation method contains two elements as well as nine indicators,and has uniform,simple and practical features. In addition,four suggested key jobs are introduced for the green performance evaluation of building materials at this stage, including scientific determination of green indicators, systematical establishment of the corresponding database,deep exploration of an evaluation system based on the whole life cycle,and focus on its development and practicability.
