摘要
随着我国经济快速发展,高层及超高层建筑大量建设,附着式升降脚手架得到越来越广泛的应用。目前对于附着式升降脚手架的受力计算大多采用简化计算模拟的方法,并不能反映支座形式不同对脚手架造成的影响。结合实际工程案例,采用有限差分方法建立包括支座在内的精细化数值模型,对不同支座情况下,支座及架体的应力及位移情况进行计算。数值模拟结果表明:不同支座形式下架体的应力及位移分布并不相同,支座刚度对架体受力及变形具有明显影响,当支座刚度大时,架体应力及位移小。
With the rapid development of China,the number of high-rise building projects has increased dramatically. Attached lifting scaffolds has been more and more widely used. Simplified calculating method is widely used to calculate the stress of the attached lifting scaffold,while it couldn't reflect the influence of different type of support. Based on a project,a fining model is established with finite different method to investigate the stress and deformation of the scaffold with different support. The results show that the stress and deformation aare different with different supports. The stiffness of support was an important influence on the behavior of scaffold. When the stiffness of support is high,the stress and deformation is small.
