Evaluation Method for Mobile Communication Interference Effect

移动通信干扰的最终目的是通过信号压制使指定区域内移动通信用户失去与外界通信的能力,以达到通信封锁的效果。在实际应用中,移动通信干扰设备被部署到指定区域,包括会场、考场、监狱等。针对指定区域的干扰效果,提出一种结合业务连通性测试、基站信息提取和无线信号检测多种手段的区域移动通信干扰效果评估方案。方案明确给出了定性和定量的干扰效果评定指标,可为干扰设备部署(参数设定、部署点选取、部署方法)优化、设备性能优化等提供重要依据。

The ultimate goal of mobile communication interference is to suppress the ability of mobile communication users in the designated area in making communication with the outside world through signal suppression,thus to achieve the effect of communication blockade.In practical applications,mobile communication interference equipment is deployed in the designated areas,including venues,examination rooms,prisons and so on.Aiming at the interference effect in the designated area,the jamming effectiveness evaluation in combination of the traffic connectivity test with the base-station information extraction and wireless signal detection is proposed.The qualitative and quantitative evaluation indexes of interference effects are given explicitly,thus to provide certain important basis for optimization of interference device deployment（parameter setting-up deployment point selection,deployment method）,device performance,and so on.
