摘要
随着主动配电网中电动汽车渗透率的逐渐提高,其无约束或无引导的用电行为不利于配电网的功率平衡控制,甚至会引起网络阻塞。但是,电动汽车群充电在市场模式管控下又具有良好的柔性,鉴于此,该文利用主动配电网中电动汽车灵活的充放电时间转移能力,提出一种计及充放电服务费调整的主动配电网阻塞调度模型。在考虑间歇性分布式电源和电动汽车概率特性的基础上,基于我国电力市场的实际情形,建立充放电服务费调整的运营模式,实现配电系统调度机构与充放电设施运营商之间的双响应调控,引导电动汽车车主制定合理的充放电计划,实现有源配电网阻塞功率调控。算例验证表明,该文的阻塞调度策略可实现降低主动配电网的阻塞效应,有利于提高电网运行的安全性和经济性。
With the rapid growing of electric vehicles penetration in the active distribution network, the unconstrained or unguided consumption behavior is not conducive to the control of the power balance of the distribution network, it can even cause the network congestion. However, the EV fleets charging methods can be easily adjusted under the management and adjustment of the electric power market model. In this view, an active distribution network congestion dispatching model was proposed, which was based on the flexible charging/discharging temporal transference ability of EVs. Under the consideration of probability characteristics of intermittent distributed generation and EVs, the pattern was set up based On an operation pattern of adjusting the charging fees. The pattern was based on the real situation of our nation's electricity market, and it aimed to realize the bidirectional response control of distribution system operator and charging/discharging infrastructure operator. -Thus, EV owners can be guided to make a reasonable charging/discharging schedule to realize the congestion management of active distribution network. The example shows that the congestion dispatching strategy mentioned in this paper can be implemented to reduce the degree of congestion, it can also enhance the security and economic operation of the network.
