摘要 以三相不控整流负荷为研究对象,分析负荷功率变化导致整流电流断续和连续的工作模式,利用交流侧电压电流实测特征数据,结合整流器导通过程的电路约束,提出三相不控整流负荷等效电路的参数估算方法;在此基础上,根据整流器导通区间内的电压电流平衡方程,推导其谐波耦合导纳矩阵,建立三相不控整流谐波功率模型,并根据谐波功率导纳矩阵元素的分布特征,给出该谐波功率模型的简化形式。最后,通过仿真和实验的方式验证电路参数估计方法和谐波模型的正确性。 Taking the three-phase uncontrolled rectification load as the research object, this paper studies the operational principle of charging current in continuous and discontinuous mode which is caused by the load power. According to the measured characteristic data of ac voltage and current, then combined with the rectification circuit constrains in the conduction process, the parameter estimation method for the equivalent circuit of three-phase uncontrolled rectification was proposed. On this basis, the harmonic analytical power model of chargers was established by deriving the voltage current equations of charger in the conduction process and its harmonic coupling admittance matrices. The simplified harmonic power model was derived in accordance with the distribution features of elements in the harmonic power admittance matrix. Finally, the correctness of parameter estimation method and harmonic analytical model was verified by simulation and experiment.
