摘要 为了了解生物炭负载镍催化剂对生物质气化制氢的影响,该文在两段式固定床气化反应系统上开展了生物质水蒸气催化气化制氢实验,研究了生物质基活性炭、生物质快速热解生物炭以及负载Ni的催化特性,分析了生物炭种类对气化合成气的影响。结果发现不同生物炭负载镍对气化制氢均有很好的催化作用,其中棉杆炭负载镍的催化效果最好,氢气产率高达46.04mol/kg,体积浓度为64.02%;生物炭的催化活性与其自身的结构特性和成分有关。 In order to explore the catalytic effect of Ni supported on bio-char on the biomass steam gasification for H2 production, the study of biomass steam catalytic gasification was conducted on a two stage fixed bed reactor. The catalytic characteristics of bio-activated carbon, biomass fast pyrolysis char and Ni supported on bio-char were investigated, and the influence of different bio-char on the product gas yield was analyzed. Results showed that all kinds of Ni supported on bio-char have excellent catalytic effect. Ni supported on cotton stalks char has best hydrogen productivity up to 46.04mol/kg, and the volume concentration of hydrogen up to 64.02%. The catalytic activity of bio-char has a strong relationship with its structure and composition.
