摘要
分别采用六种UV辐射能量对紫外光固化底、面漆进行固化,测定其挥发物含量。结果表明:UV辐射能量对紫外光固化涂料挥发物含量具有较大影响,随UV辐射能量的增大,UV固化底漆挥发物含量先减小后趋于稳定,且当UV辐射能量为550 mJ/cm^2时,挥发物含量最小,当UV辐射能量值在550~650 mJ/cm^2时,挥发物含量趋于稳定;UV固化面漆呈先减小后增大趋势,当UV辐射能量为550 mJ/cm^2时,挥发物含量最小。底漆和面漆的涂饰过程挥发物含量和潜在挥发物含量组成和变化趋势不同。本实验可为生产厂家确定合理的辐射能量提供理论指导,并为相关标准制定提供依据。
Curing the ultraviolet (UV) primers and top finish with six kinds of UV curing energy, then the volatile content was tested. The experimental results show that the UV curing energy has a great influence on volatile content. For ultraviolet curing primers, the total volatile content firstly decreased then kept steady with increase of UV curing energy, and when the UV curing energy was in 550 mJ/cm^2, it reached minimum. With the energy of the UV radiation increasing from 550 mJ/cm^2 to 650 rnJ/cm^2, UV-curing primers of processing volatile content firstly increased then kept steady, and when the UV curing energy was in 550 mJ/cm^2, the top finish also reached minimum. Volatile content change trend of painting process and potential of primers and top finish is different. This experiment can be used for the research of detection method to UV-curing coating on volatile content, and provide the basis for relevant national or trade standards.
