摘要 伺服系统是自动化设备控制系统的重要组成部分,是控制稳定、精确运转的前提,目前针对伺服系统在工艺、工况等运行故障的诊断研究较少。本文提出一种基于专家系统的伺服系统故障诊断系统设计方法。该方法参考专家系统体系结构,结合控制系统和伺服系统的特点,对系统结构进行优化,然后提出适用于伺服系统故障诊断的整个专家系统的结构体系。建立故障库、征兆库和方法库,并以故障树作为知识库之间联系的纽带。最后以伺服丝杆皮带相连传动机构作为研究对象,伺服过载作为案例,验证诊断方案的可行性。 Servo system is an important part of automation equipment control system, the premise to control the stability and precision. At present, few researches on the diagnosis of servo system for operation fault, such as technology and working condition. This paper presented a design method of servo system fault diagnosis system based on expert system. According to the structure of the expert system, combining the characteristics of the packaging machinery control system and the servo system, the structure of the whole simple expert system was proposed for servo system fault diagnosis after the structure of the system unit was improved and detailed. The fault tree, the symptom library and the method library were established, and the fault tree was used as the link of the database. Finally, the servo mechanism of the direct drive mechanism the research object , and the servo overload was taken as a case to verify the feasibility of the scheme. regards as diagnosis
