摘要 反刍动物瘤胃内大量原虫,对于饲料营养物质在瘤胃内的发酵分解,维持微生态环境的稳定等方面起着十分重要的作用。本文综述了瘤胃原虫区系在反刍动物瘤胃内建立,瘤胃原虫的营养来源、对瘤胃内环境的影响和分子生物技术在瘤胃原虫中的应用。 A large number of rumen of ruminants protozoa play an important role in the fermentation and decomposition of feed nutrients and heep maintaining the stability of the micro ecological environment. This paper summarizes the establishment of rumen protozoa in the rumen, the sources of nutrients in rumen protozoa, the influence on rumen environment and the application of molecular biotechnology in rumen protozoa.
