摘要
为了全面掌握新疆草地资源与生态状况,本文以2015年数据为主,通过与往年草地资源动态监测数据比较,评价了草原植被生长状况、草原生产力、生态保护建设工程及草原生态补奖机制(政策)效益。结果显示:新疆草地资源总体恶化放缓,局部改善,高度、盖度、产量均有不同程度的增加,这表明新疆草地资源在一定程度上得到了合理利用与保护。
In order to fully grasp the situation of grassland resources and ecology in Xinjiang, In this paper,Comparing with the dynamic monitoring data of pasture resources in past years, Analyed grassland vegetation growth status,grassland productivity,Ecological protection construction project,grassland eco-compensation mechanism（policy）benefits in 2015.The results showed that the overall trend of Xinjiang grassland resources was better, the height, coverage and yield of glassland increased in different degrees, This indicates that the grassland resources have been reasonably utilized and protected to extent some in Xinjiang.
