探讨数字减影血管造影技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨数字减影血管造影技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的应用价值。方法:对常州市第一人民医院放射科2016年1月-2017年3月收治的38例患者的临床资料进行统计分析,所有患者均接受16层螺旋CT血管造影技术和X线数字减影血管造影技术检查,二者间隔时间为2周内,然后对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断中16层螺旋CT血管造影技术和数字减影血管造影技术检查结果进行对照分析。结果:螺旋CT血管造影技术检查共对38例患者的430个节段进行了分析,和数字减影血管造影技术检查相符421个,敏感性、特异性、准确率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为94.5%、98.8%、97.9%、95.6%、98.5%。结论 :数字减影血管造影技术在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症中的应用价值和16层螺旋CT血管造影技术相当。 Objective: To evaluate the value of digital subtraction angiography in lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods: The clinical data of 38 patients admitted to the department of radiology, changzhou first people's hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were analyzed statistically. All patients underwent 16-slice spiral CT angiography and X-ray subtraction angiography Technical examination, the two interval of 2 weeks, and then the diagnosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans in 16-slice spiral CT angiography and digital subtraction angiography test results were analyzed. Results: A total of 430 segments of 38 patients were analyzed by spiral CT angiography. The results were compared with digital subtraction angiography. The sensitivity,specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 94.5%, 98.8%,97.9%, 95.6%, 98.5%. Conclusion: The application of digital subtraction angiography in the treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans is equivalent to that 16-slice spiral CT angiography.
